We consider our duty to extend beyond just the mere arranging of interviews, for example providing detailed information about any opportunity we suggest, advising on matters such as CV writing, interview technique, assessment tests, presentations (particularly if you have not interviewed for some years and would like to ‘brush up’ on current practices) through to post interview feedback, pre-offer negotiations and exit planning from your existing role. In instances where your application has not been successful with a client we will remain as attentive and provide you with updates and feedback as appropriate.
For our international candidates we are pleased to provide extra assistance as required from planning itineraries when flying in for interviews to organising accommodations and shipping of personal effects through to making ourselves available at irregular hours or at weekends.
We understand that finding a new position can be exciting but it also throws up many difficult and emotive decisions. It may even be that after going through the interview process you’ve come to realise that your current role is where you wish to stay. We will at all times be professional, patient and understanding and will never exert any influence or pressure to make a decision. We want our candidates to make the decision that is right for them which ultimately is better for our clients and therefore us. To this end none of our consultants are paid a commission or bonus that is solely contingent on a candidate accepting a position.
